L'Eclose - Ty Gwen is a two-room apartment, quiet and bright, recently renovated. Benefiting from a 2-star classification, it is located on the ground floor of an annex independent of the owners' house. Covering an area of 32 m² , the Eclose - Ty Gwen is composed of a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), an adjacent modern bathroom, wc. separated. The apartment opens on one level onto a large sheltered private terrace overlooking the garden of the property.

To make your stay more pleasant, we provide you with an equipped kitchenette ( fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster , etc.), a television and a WiFi connection. broadband. In addition, a washing machine and a dryer are available in a common laundry room.

The modern and cozy atmosphere of L'Eclose - Ty Gwen gives it a unique charm that will seduce you. It will be perfect for couples and families (4 people maximum) wishing to relax for a few days by the ocean, for GR34 hikers, but also for professionals wishing to take a stopover in a setting that is both relaxing and connected.

Located in the center of Guilvinec, L'Eclose - Ty Gwenhas a private entrance leading to a square where parking is easy (and free). Everything is nearby: shops, port (200 m), bus stop, beaches (800 m), GR34.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided free of charge and the beds are made upon your arrival.

L'Eclose - Cap Marine is a 2-room holiday apartment (about 35 m2) that can accommodate up to 5 people, with a private terrace. It is located in the 3-star Cap Marine tourist residence. This residence is by the sea and has a heated swimming pool (June to September) with paddling pool and deckchairs. It is in a quiet area with direct access to the beach (50 m), secure private parking and 5 mins walk from the center of Guilvinec and the fishing port.

On the ground floor, facing south with a view of the ocean, the apartment includes a bedroom with a 140 bed, a living room with 3 beds (2 sofas, a trundle bed), television, a complete kitchenette (fridge , ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave / combination, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron vacuum cleaner), a bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer, separate toilet. Laundry on site.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided free of charge and the beds are made upon your arrival.

The rental is located in front of a sandy beach where you can admire the rising and falling tide and the daily returns of the trawlers.

L'Eclose Kergoz is a guest room located on the first floor of the owners' home. This room has independent access via an external staircase.

Breakfast is available as an option at a cost of €10 per person.

This room is large (18 m2) and has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail. Everything was renovated in 2024.

The room is equipped with a double bed made up of two beds pushed together but independent of each other. Each of the beds is equipped with an electric system to raise the head and foot of the bed.

The room has a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. A courtesy tray is provided as well as an electric kettle.

The bedroom, located on the first floor, is accessible by a separate entrance served by an external staircase. This staircase has a large landing serving as a balcony overlooking the garden and equipped with a small table and chairs.

The room will soon have access to a terrace through a French window (terrace currently being fitted out)

A kitchen/living room (currently being fitted out) shared with the second guest room allows you to have a meal.

L'Eclose Ildut is a guest room located on the first floor of the owners' home. This room has independent access via an external staircase.

Breakfast is available as an option at a cost of €10 per person.
